Shipping & Tracking

As soon as the pharmacy has prepared your order, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number. We offer both standard shipping and express delivery options to suit your needs.

After payment, our medical team reviews your questionnaire (usually within 48 hours). Once approved, the pharmacy prepares and dispatches your package within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose:

  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 5–9 days, including international transit and customs clearance.
  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 10–15 days. Please note that these timeframes apply to orders with an Australian delivery address.

Payments & Orders

At Copharmacy.com.au, checkout is simple and quick. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For those who prefer digital currency, we also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum.

 

First, check for any error messages on your screen. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari on a desktop or laptop for the best experience. If the issue persists, try a different card or contact our Customer Service team — we’re happy to help you sort it out.

To ensure your transaction goes through smoothly, please check the daily or per-transaction limits set by your bank. Our pharmacy does not impose any maximum restrictions on your purchase amount.

Medical & Product Info

Don’t panic and don’t double up. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it’s nearly time for your next scheduled dose, simply skip the missed one and carry on with your regular routine.

We sell and deliver exclusively to individuals of legal age. However, you may place an order on behalf of your parents and have it shipped directly to their address.

You don’t need a script from your local GP. Simply select your medication and dosage, then proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, please wait for our medical team to confirm your payment and verify that the requested quantity is in stock.

If you experience any adverse reactions or side effects, contact your doctor or a healthcare professional straight away. They may advise you to adjust your dosage or switch to a different treatment.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

You may request a refund or contact us regarding a return within 30 days of your purchase.

 

Please don’t flush them or toss them in the bin — it’s bad for the environment. Most local pharmacies across Australia participate in the Return Unwanted Medicines (RUM) Project, where you can drop off expired or unwanted medications free of charge for safe disposal.
